Pastor George Philip Ojih
A devoted servant of Christ, a loving husband and father, and a pastor who gave his life in service to the Gospel and the most vulnerable among us.
His life
Born to the family of Mr. & Mrs. Philip Ojih on the 30th of June, 1966 at Orokam village, Ogbadigbo LGA of Benue State. Idoma by tribe.
Late Pastor George Philip Ojih was born on June 30, 1966, in Orokam village, Ogbadigbo Local Government Area of Benue State, Nigeria. He was Idoma by tribe and grew up with a deep love for God and people.
From his early school days, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in faith. At Mount St. Gabriel Secondary School, Makurdi (1978–1983), he served as the Prefect in Charge of the Chapel, a role he carried out with excellence and devotion.
His passion for ministry led him to pursue theological and ministerial training alongside his academic studies. He obtained a Diploma in Ministry from the School of End-Time Ministerial Anointing, Food for Total Man Ministry in Kaduna (1997), and later a Post Graduate Diploma in Theology from ECWA Theological Seminary (2006–2007). He was also pursuing a Master's degree in Divinity at ECWA Theological Seminary, Jos, before his untimely death.
Academically, he was equally accomplished. He earned an Intermediate Diploma in Laboratory Technology from the Nigeria Institute of Science and Technology, Zaria (1998), followed by an HND in Science Laboratory Technology from the University of Maiduguri (2004). He also obtained a Diploma in Computer Application from Yashib Computers in 2004.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Mrs. Veronica Ojih, and their three children. His legacy of faith, love, and service lives on through them and through this foundation.
